Project Name: 38/Noise
Year: 2025
This is what I made for the second part of the Printed Matter course.

38/noise® is a 2x compact disc set I made by recycling a Japanese album from the 90s that I found at the record store. I burned two of my own playlists onto the original CDs using ITunes and an old laptop

The front and back cover are printed onto two analog layers: engineering grade drafting film (semi translucent) and 100mic overhead projector film (fully translucent).

All design assets/graphics are 100% custom made including bitmapped drawings, photography by my friend Oliver and half-toned anti-smoking warnings scanned off cigarette packs.

Project Name: 38/Noise (Internal Booklet)
Year: 2025
The internal booklet is also printed onto drafting film, and is saddle-stitch bound by hand. It contains 14 pages of bitmapped graphics of the album artworks.

Project Name: Poster collaboration with Nao Lee

Two chakra themed posters made in collaboration with Nao Lee (Undefined Tomato), we intend to submit both to the INTL International Poster Competition 2026. We made two posters, one leaning more towards each of our respective visual styles.

Project Name: Fifteen Typefaces
Year: 2025
Fifteen Typefaces That Changed the World is a book that I designed for my editorial studio paper. The dustcover folds out to contain a specimen for the fifteenth typeface–Neue Montreal.

Project Name: B.Space Mural
Year: 2024
"The Clash" is a DJ booth mural design I created for B.Space, an underground community nightclub on Cambridge Terrace, Wellington. The idea was to depict a scene that encapsulates the energy and movement of the space in a rave setting. The artwork is brought alive by club’s lighting system during events. Made with resene paint and clearcoat on plywood.
